Peraturan Presiden 18/2025 (Peraturan Presiden Nomor 18 Tahun 2025 tentang Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah) is an Indonesian presidential regulation that sets the monthly performance allowance (tunjangan kinerja) paid to employees of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. Pasal 7 excludes employees without a specific position, those temporarily dismissed or deactivated, those removed from office on waiting pay, those on leave outside state responsibility or released from duty in preparation for retirement, and employees of public service agencies (badan layanan umum) that already receive remuneration under the public service agency rules.[11] Position classes are set by the minister, and changes to them require the approval of the minister for administrative reform, and also of the Minister of Finance where they change the allowance budget (Pasal 8).[12]
